Learn to Cook Thai with Nat

Tried and tested by our team. Try your hand at cooking Thai. Morning classes only! School is closed on Sunday.

How to make the booking?

  • Book any room and during the second step of the booking process (Reservation Requirements), select Thai Cooking Class under Additional Services.Continue with booking.

Terms & Conditions

  • Reservation at the Cooking Academy will be made by the hotel for the 2nd day of your stay, eg:
    • Stay Period:1 June to 3 June, booking at cooking school made for 2 June
  • Reservation will be made for the morning class (8.45am to 12.45pm).

Meeting Point
Morning classes begin at the Asoke Produce & Seafood Market where you'll take the grand tour of this popular wet market and purchase goods for the course.The instructor will meet you at the Dunkin' Donut stand which is at street level where BTS Asoke (Exit 3) and MRT Sukhumvit (Exit 3) intersect.

Receive instructions in the:

  • Preparation of 30 Thai meals such as Tom Kha Gai, Panang chicken, ...
  • Preparation of 5 curry pastes (panang, red, yellow, green, massaman)
  • Making sticky rice
  • Making coconut cream and milk
  • Use of woks and traditional Thai cooking utensils

Receive:

  • FREE tea, coffee, and water during class
  • A FREE recipe book
  • A Certificate of Achievement by taking 2 or more classes
